Tabata Push-Ups, 8 rounds Run 400 Tabata Squats, 8 rounds Run 400 Tabata Burpees (you heard me) Clock will only run during the tabata intervals.  Next tabata round will begin 1 minute after the last person returns from the run.  Your score will be the lowest number of reps performed in each exercise.
