I’ve had it easy lately.  First it was Logan taking to the kipping pull-up like he had been doing them all along.  Now, it’s Asia with the push-jerk.  In only a few minutes she was jumping under some decent weight like she invented the movement.

We’ve got our own copy of Fathead now.  If you would like to borrow it, let me know.  We may have to make a list since we only have one copy, but I will make sure that everyone who wants to see it gets a chance.

    15:49 with 60 single jump rope. Also got through my first 20 wall ball and had to start over. Good lesson learned, don’t bring your kids to the gym, when they interrupt you it makes life harder!
