- Intro
We want you to truly understand CrossFit Fitness before you decide if this is for you, so the first step is to book a free private intro session to experience it for yourself. We will sit down with you and explain our methodology and then put you through a few easy movements to assess your current fitness level.
- On-Ramp Classes or Personal Training
If you would like to move forward from there, you may move on to our CrossFit On-Ramp where you will learn the fundamentals of functional movement. The proficiency of these basic CrossFit skills is essential and must be attained prior to moving on to CrossFit Classes. On-Ramp Classes are held 3 days per week for 1 month and are designed for beginners to learn along side other beginners in an environment of controlled intensity.
You may also choose to start with 12 personal training sessions. In personal training, you will get the full attention of a trainer as well as the option to create your own small group of friends to learn with.
- CrossFit Classes
Once you have learned the basics, you will be free to continue with classes as a Member. This is where the intensity kicks in and fitness happens. In CrossFit Classes you will achieve fitness like you never thought possible. Don’t believe us? Ask our members.
